Day 1: Ho chi Minh City-Caibe-Homestay

If you want to experience the locals’ life in Mekong Delta, this tour is definitely for you. Driving about 2 hours from Saigon, your tour will start by visiting Cai Be floating market, a unique style of trading of locals in Mekong Delta, cruising among local boats full of fruits and vegetables. Visiting some local families to observe how pop-rive, pop noodles, rice paper, coconut candy are made. Enjoy a cup a tea welcoming by the local family! Taking the rowing boat or sampan in the small canal so you can enjoy a peaceful moment. After that, crossing Mekong river for visiting a local family where we will have lunch with specialities of Mekong Delta “Elephant Ear Fish”, pork cooked with the coconut juice. In the afternoon, biking throug the village paths to enjoy the beautiful landscapes, local houses, farms. Coming to the homestay, you will have your own room for relaxing before join in a cooking lesson of making the deep fried spring roll. Enjoy your dinner with a cup of tea or rice wine welcoming by the homestay’s owner.

Day 2: Caibe-Vinh Long-Ho Chi Minh City

Enjoy your breakfast before a short biking distance in the village. Check out and say good bye the homestay’s owner. By boat, we will visit the brick kilns where we can see how local people make bricks, beautiful potteries by their skillful hands. Your boat will continue along the fishing village. Upon arrival at Vinh Long City, we will visit a local wet market. Enjoy a cup of Vietnamese coffee with condense milk in a riverside coffee shop. Driving back Saigon, on the way stop at Mekong Rest Stop for your lunch. Drop off at your hotel! End of the services!
